FS1000V3-BF Ford BF Series 2 XR6 Surge Tank Specifications

  • Bulkhead Design
    • 90 degree low-profile Supply & Return 6AN fuel ports
  • Active Valve System 
    • The AVS are engineered to close and trap fuel under acceleration, cornering and breaking
    • 83% faster re-fill rate than the OEM fuel system.​
  • Venturi Vacuum Pump (OEM fuel system DOES NOT feature a Venturi Vacuum Pump)
    • Developed in-house using leading CFD modelling software and techniques (200 data points, 250 man hours and 90 hours of continuous simulation)
    • Requires no wiring, draws no current yet is able to generate enough vacuum to pull through, using a fitting located on the lowest point of the surge tank, up to 200 litres per hour of fuel into the surge which will ensure that the fuel pumps are submerged at all times and there is no possibility of fuel starvation or fuel surge
  • Composite Surge Tank
    • Aerospace grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum components
    • Lightweight injection moulded fuel bucket; aerospace plastic used by only the most advanced super car manufacturers

  • FS1000V3-BF bulkhead (machined from aircraft grade 6061-T6 billet aluminium)
  • Billet (6061-T6) twin (2) fuel pump bracket (includes stainless steel fasteners and Viton rubber insert/s)
  • Two (2) billet (6061-T6) 3/8 push-lock fuel pump adaptor fittings
  • Billet (6061-T6) fuel pump manifold
  • Billet (6061-T6) Venturi inlet adaptor
  • Billet (6061-T6) V3 Venturi Pump
  • Billet (6061-T6) Venturi (pump) tube
  • Billet (6061-T6) Fuel rail adapter kit (regulator not included)
  • ​Two (2) litre two piece surge tank (upper surge tank machined from 6061-T6, lower surge tank injection moulded from aerospace grade black Polyoxymethylene "POM" plastic)
  • Bucket (POM) bottom plate with four (4) injection moulded (POM) floater valves

  • Replacement fuel pump module fuel tank retainer ring (laser cut 5005 aluminium)

INSTALLATION NOTES:

  • OEM Wideband Sensor is recommended
  • Factory fuel level sender wires minimal modification - simply cut 2x wires, crimp and install into the connector provided
  • Aftermarket tune is necessary to ensure correct AFR's and optimal performance
  • OEM FSCM may trigger errors or read lean at WOT due to higher values than OEM settings - please consult with an experienced tuner or aftermarket ECU manufacturer
  • Wiring harness NOT provided and MUST be installed by professional & certified automotive electrician AND STRICTLY TO AFTERMARKET INDUSTRIES SPECIFICATIONS
  • MAY ALSO REQUIRE BY-PASS OF ECU FACTORY FUEL PUMP SETTINGS
