Package Includes the following:
- Aftermarket Industries FS1000 V3 Update Surge Tank
- direct replacement of OEM module - simply integrate the GM fuel level sender unit
- Turbosmart FPR8 Fuel Pressure Regulator (mounted at the rear; non-return setup - includes 4m silicon vacuum hose - positive vacuum reference ONLY)
- 2x Walbro 535 Fuel Pumps
- includes 2x Aftermarket Industries stainless steel fuel filters
- (OPTIONAL) Aftermarket Industries Plug & Play quick connect e85 compatible black nylon braided fuel hose kit & billet Quick Connect fittings
- Aftermarket Industries Mil-Spec 6 Way connector - (Instructions: unpin the OEM 6 way connector, integrate the OEM pins/wires into the Aftermarket Industries 6 way connector & plug directly into the FS1000V3)

1. Do I Need to Upgrade The OEM Fuel Lines, Fuel Pressure Regulator or Fuel Rail ?
a) Fuel Lines:
- Non-Return System (Recommended for Supercharged Applications)
- Factory Supply Fuel Line: The OEM supply fuel line DOES not require replacement however the FS1000V3 Surge Tank must be integrated into the supply line: Aftermarket Industries has developed an optional fuel line package which includes Quick Connector adapters that integrate directly with the OEM hard fuel line at the rear of the vehicle and also includes a new return fuel line & fuel lines to and from the fuel pressure regulator (supplied with the kit: Turbosmart FR8 regulator is mounted in the engine bay - instructions provided) and OEM fuel rail.
b) Fuel Rail:
- Non-Return System: No - Testing has revealed that the factory fuel lines and fuel rail is more than sufficient to support the fuel volume without excessive pressurisation.
c) Fuel Pressure Regulator: Yes -The OEM fuel regulator is located with the OEM fuel pump module; this is replaced by the Turbosmart FPR8 fuel pressure regulator (provided with this package)

ADDITIONAL INSTALLATION ADVICE:
- Fuel Level Sender: The OEM fuel level sender is NOT compatible - the package includes a GM fuel level sender which must be calibrated
- Aftermarket tune is necessary to ensure correct AFR's and optimal performance
- Fuel pump operation: The Walbro 535 (F90000295) fuel pump do not feature one-way check valves and cannot be staged and must be operated full-time
- Start-up/Prime Procedure - Due to the fact the fuel do not have check valves, the initial start-up/prime procedure must be edited to ensure the minimum fuel pressure thresholds are reached prior to ignition.
- OEM FSCM may trigger errors or read lean at WOT due to higher values than OEM settings - please consult with an experienced tuner or ECU hardware & software manufacture; HP Tuners MPVI2 PLUS recommended (visit for pricing: https://www.hptuners.com/mpvi2plus/)
