    • Specially moulded Viton fuel pump noise dampener inserts significantly reduce fuel pump vibration to ensure you have a peaceful in-cabin experience

  • Venturi System
    • The FC1000-FD7S Mazda RX7 FD Track Edition surge tank also includes a Venturi Pump. The Venturi Pump was developed in-house using leading CFD modelling software and techniques (200 data points and 90 hours of continuous simulations) and the result is a Venturi Pump which is able to generate enough vacuum to pull through up to 200lhr of fuel into the bucket which will ensure that the fuel pumps are submerged at all times so there is no possibility of fuel starvation or fuel surge. Note: the Venturi Pump does not draw any current or require any electrical input to operate.
      • ​Vacuum/Siphon rate: 1-4 litres per minute dependant on fuel flow.
  • Surge Tank & Active Valve System
    • As the name suggests, the Track Edition is designed for motorsport applications and eliminates the requirement for an external surge tank. The FC1000-FD7S features an injection moulded surge tank & active valve system designed to trap fuel under acceleration, cornering and braking to ensure constant and uninterrupted fuel supply.
  • Quality & Engineering
    • 90% of the components are precision machined from aerospace grade 6061-T6 billet aluminium Aftermarket Industries products are designed using only best practice engineering principles and are stress tested to ensure safety across all motorsport applications.​​
