Motorsport Fuel Pump Power Distribution Kit (2 Pumps) DIY

 Fuel pump wiring is one of the most neglected and misunderstood aspects of any performance fuel system upgrade.  It's also one of the leading causes of fuel pump failure including engine failure due to incorrectly sized electrical components resulting in fuel pumps that simply won't flow due to resistance.  Each electrical component must be carefully selected to meet the specific demands of  a particular motorsport project so it is IMPOSSIBLE to buy an off-the-shelf GENERIC kit without EXPERT ADVICE!   Aftermarket Industries has removed ALL the complexity from the process. We have developed a Race Proven Power Distribution Kit designed for up to 2 high performance fuel pumps; Walbro 460, Walbro 520/525 and the Bosch BR540  Package Includes

•  Three way Bussmann (bussed) Power Distribution Unit (image show for promotional purposes only)

  •  ​Includes: cavity plus, pins and wire seals

•  Low profile laser cut & CNC folded mounting bracket (supplied in black)

•  2x 70A Mini Motorsport Relays

•  2x 30A Circuit Breakers

•  2x Delphi Metri-Pack 280 series 2 Way 30A (male/female) connectors with 10 AWG (30A) & 16 AWG (15A) pins - fuel pump power & ground

  •  4x 10 AWG pins (fuel pump power)

  •  4x 16 AWG pins (relay signal)

•  6m 10 AWG (30A) Tefzel Mil Spec 22759/34 wire - fuel pump power & ground

•  10m 16 AWG (15A) Tefzel Mil Spec 22759/16 wire - relay signal & ground

•  1x 700mm inch 4 AWG (80A) Tefzel Mil-Spec 22759/16 PDU power wire & Ground

•  1x 60A type 2 circuit breaker - to be installed to the 4AWG PDU power wire

Installation Notes:

• Requires 10-12 AWG Sargent 33202-WPCT Metri-Pack Crimp Tool (not included - see AVAILABLE OPTIONS above - Crimp Tool)
  • ​strip wire insulation completely to ensure correct clearance once pins are crimped​​​
