Fuel pump wiring is one of the most neglected and misunderstood aspects of any performance fuel system upgrade.  It's also one of the leading causes of fuel pump failure including engine failure due to incorrectly sized electrical components resulting in fuel pumps that simply won't flow due to resistance.

Each electrical component must be carefully selected to meet the specific demands of  a particular motorsport project so it is IMPOSSIBLE to buy an off-the-shelf GENERIC kit without EXPERT ADVICE! 

Aftermarket Industries has removed ALL the complexity from the process. We have developed a Race Proven Power Distribution Kit designed for up to 2 high performance fuel pumps; Walbro 460, Walbro 520/525 and the Bosch BR540

• 2x Delphi Metri-Pack 280 series 2 Way 30A (male/female) connectors with 10 AWG (30A) & 16 AWG (15A) pins - fuel pump power & ground

  • 4x 10 AWG pins (fuel pump power)

  • 4x 16 AWG pins (relay signal)

• 6m 10 AWG (30A) Tefzel Mil Spec 22759/34 wire - fuel pump power & ground

• 6m 16 AWG (15A) Tefzel Mil Spec 22759/16 wire - relay signal & ground

• 1x Crimp tool

• 1x 21 inch 4AWG (75A) Tefzel Mil-Spec 22759/16 PDU power wire (red)

• 1x 60A type 2 circuit breaker - to be installed to the 4AWG PDU power wire

• 1x 6 inch 4AWG (75A) Tefzel Mil-Spec 22759/16 PDU ground wire (black)
