One Way Fuel Tank Weld-on Valve Kit

After three years of extensive development, Aftermarket Industries is excited to release the Formula 1 inspired One Way Fuel Tank Weld-on Valve Kit / Fuel Tank One-Way Trap Door Kit.

The Valve kit featured 3 Active Floater Valves are engineered to open & shut closed during hard acceleration, braking and cornering and perfect for any custom fuel tank which requires an internal surge tank to prevent fuel starvation & fuel surge.

Instructions:

1. Simply cut a oval shape hole for each flange; it is recommended that 3x flanges are purchased (hole size: 74.5mmx24.5mm)

2. Weld (Ensure flange is welded into the correct direction to allow fuel into the surge chamber & locations which will allow step 3 below)

3. Push in valves

Material (Valve): Custom composite injection moulded plastic (compatible with ALL fuel types & known additives)
