Fuel Pump Hanger : The Aftermarket Industries billet fuel pump hanger FS400 ("Fuel System 400")  (Design Number: 201411672) is designed for custom applications  custom surge tank or fuel cell applications developing between 200bhp-650bhp depending on fuel pressure and fuel type*.

• The kit also includes a billet aluminum weld-on ring which can be TIG welded to any aluminum fuel cell or surge tank; simply cut a 128mm diameter hole, measure the depth of the tank and adjust the height of the pump accordingly (suitable for tanks 200mm internal depth). 

Require More Height? Add a set or several sets of our billet perforated spacers which will increase the overall height by 61 mm per set (available in BLACK anodise ONLY): see AVAILABLE OPTIONS above - "Billet Spacer Set".

Need a Fuel Pump? The FS400 Fuel Pump Hanger is compatible with ALL 43mm diameter in-tank style fuel pumps, in particular the Walbro 255, 460, 460 Plus and 520 fuel pumps: see AVAILABLE OPTIONS - "Walbro Fuel Pump".

Need a Fuel Pressure Regulator? We've made the decision easy and added the most compatible regulator based on the fuel pump selection to the AVAILABLE OPTIONS above: "Fuel Pressure Regulator".

Need a Stainless Steel Fuel Filter? Aftermarket Industries developed the first and only 200  micron fuel filter / strainer designed for motorsport conditions and bio-fuels such as ethanol (e85): see AVAILABLE OPTIONS above - "Stainless Steel Walbro Fuel Filter" (select the desired quantity)

*These tanks MUST not be pressurised, If you plan to use a high pressure in-tank fuel pump you MUST use a-8AN fitting as the Overflow fitting located at the top of the surge tank. This will allow the fuel to return back to your fuel tank or fuel cell at the same rate fuel is supplied into the surge tank.
