Add a Fuel Bulkhead Fitting: A major issue with any aftermarket fuel system is a pressurised overflow from the surge tank back to the OEM fuel tank. A common mistake is the use of adapters; the OEM return in ALL instances is far too small and MUST be modified to ensure the fuel flows freely from the surge tank back into the OEM fuel pump module. We've now developed a super flow profile -8AN fuel bulkhead fitting to address any potential issues. Simply cut a small 20mm hole in the OEM module and secure the bulkhead fitting.
Need a Fuel Pressure Regulator? We've made the decision easy and added the most suitable fuel pressure regulator based on the fuel pump selection to the AVAILABLE OPTIONS above "Fuel Pressure Regulator"
Need the Correct Electrical Connector? High current draw fuel pumps such as the Walbro 460, and Walbro 520 require a high performance external e85 electrical connector. We've developed our own as the OEM Delphi Apex 2.8mm 6 way connector are NOT e85 compatible - two (2) connectors are required and ARE included FREE (includes 6x pins per connector and is designed SPECIFICALLYfor 10 AWG (30A) Tefzel Mil-Spec 22759/34 wire

*These tanks MUST not be pressurised, If you plan to use a high volume in-tank fuel pump you MUST use a-8AN fitting as the Overflow fitting located at the top of the surge tank. This will allow the fuel to return back to your fuel tank or fuel cell at the same rate fuel is supplied into the surge tank.
